Midi Controller Footswitch

This is a freeware design that has been assembled manually in the past. I would like a quotation on designing a PCB to replace the point to point wiring. I envisage that the board would not mount the footswitches, LCD screens or connectors, but would be a breakout board allowing the LCD screens to be connected with a ribbon/Dupont style cable. The same would apply for the connection to the Arduino, footswitches and midi connectors.
