Microwave Attenuation Standards

I am looking for an experienced engineer to help our organization create and validate the necessary microwave attenuation standards. This project requires knowledge on ISO, IEEE, and FCC standards in order to accurately measure and test our signals. The standards will be measured using voltage, frequency and signal strength. We have additional requirements that must be met when creating the standards, so we are looking for someone with experience in this field. Your ability to devise and implement a reliable test-matrix over a broad range of frequencies will be invaluable. Our requirements for this project include a high degree of accuracy and precision, so experience in meeting standards is a must. Confidence in troubleshooting and debugging signal performance issues is also essential. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a track record of successful projects like this one.
