Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need someone to build two quantities of a two channel high-side (solid-state switch near the power supply) switching circuit with a driver circuit for each channel.
The driver circuit needs to be able to receive PWM signals from a 3.3V microcontroller at 100kHz.
The switches need to handle 200V across Vce or Vds. The max current should be at 8A.
The purpose of this two channel is to fast charge capacitors.
You can use a breadboard or mount to flat small platform
The pay will include parts, shipping, along with pictures of graphs showing that it was tested.
I need these two quantities at the same time within a 2 week time period.
