Microcontroller with microphone prototyping consultation

We are trying to develop a prototype for our idea. We require a skilled worker to help us use the arduino and microphone to consult on our basic design and help us improve it. We would like to pay per hour of consultation. The consultant should ideally be based locally in London and have knowledge of microphones, arduino hardware and circuit design.
