Microcontroller design and implementation - Location in Brisbane, Australia

I am looking for a freelancer to help me create an app that will control a Freenove microcontroller with on-board camera, a stepper motor, and read out temperature values from an IR thermometer. I have most of the physical components and can connect them up, but I was hoping for some help with the UI.

As we'll be working with physical components, it's important to be located in Brisbane, Australia.
