Microcontroller based refrigerator control alognwith IOT with GPS and GPRS

Need a microcontroller based design that can interface with a 4 inch LCD (non touch) and with a motor control PCB over UART to control the operating speed of the compressor. The system also needs to interface with a GPS and have 2G or 4G data transmission ability to create an IOT dashboard (using MQTT) on a cloud platform service like google IOT or thingsboard IOT
PCB layout and PCB manufacturing are not required, the scope includes design services only.
