Microcontroller-Based Torch Design

I'm in need of an experienced Pic microcontroller freelancer to help me design a torch with unique functionalities.

I am using a torch with 3 led i.e Red, Green and white.
Red - flashing (flash rate adjustable by code)
Green- flashing (flash rate adjustable by code)
White- Steady 2 modes- bright/dim

i want pic microcontroller 16F676 code for controlling the output 3 LED.
Each LED must output with One dedicated tact switch.
press red tact switch once to start flashing Red LED
press red tact switch again once to switch off.

press green tact switch once to start flashing Green LED
press green tact switch again once to switch off.

press white tact switch once to turn on Bright white LED
press white tact switch again once to turn on dim white LED
press white tact switch again once to switch off.

There should not be 2 output at same time.

total input tact switch = 3
total output LED = 3 + 1 for Low Battery Indication of torch

I have my own PCB designed for it, will share schematic. Only Code for pic 16f676 required.
