Make a MPPT solar regulator (PCB desing, parts list.. provided)

Hello I need to create a MPPT solar regulator for PV water heating. I have scheme, list of parts and also PCB design. I am looking for someone who can buy the parts assemble the PCB and send it to me by mail. Preffered location is Europe as the final product will be shipped to me by mail...
