Magnepul 2.0

I am building a prototype. This prototype is a gasoline engine converted to use magnetic force to drive the pistons. This prototype needs a triggering system the tells the electromagnets when to energize. I have had an Engineering Feasibility Study done. I have all the engineering work. I need someone who can program my Arduino to operate the systems of sensors. I even have all the tables needed. I have all the sensors, potentiometers, circuit boards, wire harnesses, processors and drivers needed for the project. I just do not know how to take the information from the engineering study and program it into the Arduino. I have a working prototype that uses mechanical switching with solenoids to drive the pistons and turn a crankshaft. I am building a second prototype that has more cylinders.
