Looking for someone to develop a BLE based circuit.

I am looking for someone to develop a circuit as per the requirement. It would require two circuits to be developed, one transmitter and one receiver. The receiver will be powered via a lithium-ion battery and should have a charge controller inbuilt. the receiver circuit will trigger a motor once it comes in a range of the transmitter circuit. This is a time-sensitive project so need someone who can start by 27-11-2021. I can provide more details about the circuit and implementation in chat.
