Looking for freelancers with experience in building hardware that uses BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy)

I am looking for freelancers with experience in building hardware that utilizes Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology. The specific hardware that I am looking to build is for transmitting data from my hardware to a Garmin watch. The custom hardware has its battery, main controller is the Texas Instrument MSP 4030 and the BLE chip is the RN4020.
