Looking for Electronics/IOT subject matter expert

Hi, My organization is gymchalo. we are a market place model. we are developing few iot products . For the very same purpose i need to hire few full time engineers who can work on sensors design and Pcb Design . I have very limited Knowledge of Electronics , i have shortlisted few candidates from different Job portals . I am looking to hire a subject matter expert to validate thier knowledge and conduct joint interviews and if possible guide the selected candidates intially.
