I'm looking for a professional with experience in long wave RFID programming for a special project. The task involves developing a selection gate for horses that complies with CE marking standards and is suitable for series production.

Key components of the project include:
- A system where a horse can use a transponder card, worn in its mane, to activate the long-wave RFID device.
- The activation triggering a magnetic lock (12 volt or 24 volt) for a few seconds.
- A user-friendly manual setting option for the range of transponder recognition and the opening times.

The RFID gate will be used primarily in an outdoor paddock. Thus, the RFID hardware must meet heavy-duty and weatherproof standards.

Additional features required for the gate include:
- A battery backup system.
