Linear Light Fixture

I'm looking to develop a linear led light fixture that will house LEDs spaced at various spacings. I need someone who can develop a the housing, led pc board holder, a filler to hide wires from pc board to pc board and an adjustable light shield to block the light from shining upward if the light fixture is angled at 22-30 degrees. I will also need other items developed which are products that will accompany this light, such as outside elbows, inside elbows, couplings, end caps, etc. I'm also interested in designing the led pc board for this fixture.
