FM IF Limiting Amplifier Desecrate form.

Need to fine tune / design Limiting amplifier using desecrate transistor. I can provide circuit topology as a reference. first priority is to make attached circuit to work. if input signal varies output should stay stable or minor variation. stability at least two decimal points or more. also need the biasing calculations of attached circuit.
