Led on off control using push button

To on and off the led using push button , now you take the 3mm or 5mm led and push button at your local market and connect hw 9volt battery and battery connecter and also take one resistor value is 550ohms and connecting wire 2meter ,now take all the equipment now take led and see there is two terminals one is long and other one is small , now connect one wire to the positive of the 9v battery to the pushbutton one terminal ,push button second terminal connect to the led long terminal and take one wire from short terminal to resistor one terminal (resistor has two terminals and no direction) other terminal connect to battery negative. Now operation of led simply press the push button now led glow .
