Led counter

I am looking to have a circular PCB designed with a small form factor. The PCB will be used to control a set of addressable RGBW neopixels, 10 of which will be placed on the outer edge of the PCB and 5 on the inner edge of the PCB. I would like to have 4 mounting points incorporated into the design so that the PCB can be easily secured in its intended application. I want a 12mm tactile button at the center of the PCB.
