Layout my design and components for printing PCB boards and

I would like to make a board that will switch momentary push buttons into latching push buttons. I have the components that would be needed already figured out but still have a few questions.. The board needs to be small so it can be put in small plastic holder and used on motorcycles. The board will need to have wires already soldered on so all thats needed is to connect it to the wire harness or leave them blank and have the consumer do it, I believe including the wires is the way to do it.
