Laser expert needed - design and source a 850nm laser + lens selection

I need a 850nm laser line for a product for machine vision - working distance 600m @ 60 degrees to make a high quality line 680mm across - must be capable of passing laser safety. PWM / Strobe modulation control required. Tight control of the laser output with safety feedback. I can accept of the shelf options or modules to help with this as long as all parts are clearly traceable and reliable - but have to be inside a budget

I also want to improve the vertical accuracy of a ccd/cmos camera sensor by using a cylindrical lens to improve vertical resolution (in a narrow fixed wavelength to keep simple) - can also accept of the shelf parts from thorlabs or other reputable suppliers.
