We are going to design a DC DC Switch on IGBT Chip from OnSemiconductor with a suitable Gate Driver.
Problem is:
- We have to Cover from 24V to Max 1000V
- Cover hight Amps 100A and Above
- It has to be Fast, because of the RDS ON Problematic
