Job ID: 38176621

Budget: $250 – $750 CAD

Project Description:

I am looking for an experienced electronics engineer or circuit designer to create a detailed LTspice simulation for a bidirectional memory cell circuit. The simulation will help verify the stability and transitions between different charge states in the memory cell. The work will be based off the following European patent: A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR BIDIRECTIONALLY BASED ELECTRICAL INFORMATION
STORAGE, PROCESSING AND COMMUNICATION.

Project Requirements:
1. Memory Cell Design:

Components:
NMOS Transistor
Capacitor with specific properties
Voltage Sources for write, read, and control operations
Specific Capacitor Component:
Manufacturer: Murata
Series: GRM
Part Number: GRM033R60J105ME15D
Capacitance: 1pF
Voltage Rating: 50V
ESR: Low ESR (specific value from datasheet)

2. Schematic Creation:
Create a schematic in LTspice that includes:
NMOS transistor (model level 1)
Capacitor with specified properties (capacitance, voltage rating, ESR, etc.)
Voltage sources with specified pulse and DC characteristics
