LED Engineer / Optoelectronics Specialist Needed to Replicate Vintage "Pepper Light" Glow

I’m developing a premium retro-style Christmas light set that accurately replicates the look and glow of vintage "pepper lights" (small incandescent Christmas bulbs, approx. E5 size, commonly used in Pifco, Noma, and Ever Ready light sets from the 50s–80s).
The goal is to recreate their signature soft, warm, nostalgic glow using modern LED technology, while retaining the small size and iconic jewel-tone appearance. These are NOT the large C7/C9 bulb replicas already on the market—this is about getting the smaller European/UK-style lights right.
? What I’m Looking For:
An LED lighting engineer or optoelectronics specialist who can help assess feasibility and ideally help design or prototype a solution. Key challenges include:
Achieving a warm (2200K–2700K) incandescent-style glow
Simulating filament or inner-bulb glow in a small form factor (E5/E6 size)
Diffuse lighting with soft halo effect (not harsh or directional)
Advising on LED chip selection, lensing, and power requirements
Safety and efficiency considerations (EU/UK standards)
? Deliverables (Initial Phase):
Feasibility report on whether this visual quality is achievable
Ideas for how to simulate the vintage filament look
Recommendations for components or techniques (e.g., micro COB LEDs, internal reflectors, coatings)
Optional: advice on prototyping or collaboration on next steps
✅ Ideal Candidate Has:
Experience in consumer-grade LED lighting design
Background in optical diffusion, filament simulation, or decorative lighting
Familiarity with small-format bulbs (e.g., E5, grain-of-wheat LEDs, etc.)
Bonus: experience in retro/vintage product replication
