LCD Data Transmission to LED Display

I need a project that reads the numerical data from an electronic LCD display on a MFJ-826B, SWR and power meter and then transmits this information real time as it changes (Frequency, SWR, Forward Power, Reflected Power) to a small, brighter LED display via a wired connection or bluetooth, or wifi. The 826B is too large to mount in the front area of a car so I basically need a remote display that is easier to mount on a cup holder mount.
