Kinco HMI PLC expert Required

Looking for an expert with previous experience on Kinco HMI to create an application to read data from Modbus Serial device, visualise data in graphical / numeric format, create data logger , create reports, email reports, save data to USB drive, sync data to database , control data using MQTT commands.

I am posting hour based job but could be fixed cost if required.
