Li Ion Improved, Modular Battery Management System

Hello, I am in the process of developing an improved Battery Management System for Li type battery packs primarily for DIY solar storage or other similar applications. The basic 1st round of Hardware design, schematic (KiCAD) and Bill of Materials has been completed but the engineer has declined to continue the project due to a heavy work load. The next step is the PCB layout and then have a couple of prototypes fabricated. This job will require the following skills, Embedded C for the microprocessor, Embedded HTML for the remote network user menu, knowledge of Ethernet & WiFi, Nextion display programming for local user menu. If successful, there may be development of iPhone and Android apps in the future. I would prefer to work with a qualified candidate that is skilled in all of the above disciplines or has close contacts that can help integrate all of the items needed to produce a working prototype. A PDF version of the schematic is available upon request to qualified respondents who agree not to share or disclose any information about this project to 3rd parties. Lastly, based on previous experience with this forum, I am going to be a bit more selective in choosing a partner.
