IoT Bluetooth Remote for Audio Control and Mobile App for remote control

I'm looking for a skilled IoT and Bluetooth professional who can help design a remote control using nRF devices from nordic or equivalent for low power consumption to control various types audio equipment like amplifiers, preamplifiers, control equipment, equalizers.

The freelancer will also design the Control unit on the Audio equipment using ESP32 (with the native IDF, NOT using Arduino) to receive the do the initial connection with the remote control and the mobile app, then maintain the connection, receive the commands from the paired devices, and send them locally to a queue.

The system should be able to control various aspects of the device, including:

- Volume control
- Track selection
- Power on/off
- Menu navigation
- Device selection
- Input selection
- Balance control
- Battery monitoring
- Auto connection
- Reconnect when disconnected



The ideal freelancer for this project should have extensive experience with IoT and Bluetooth technology, particularly in designing remote control systems for Audio appliances. Clear communication and understanding of audio equipment functionalities is crucial for the successful completion of this project.

Final deliverables -
1. nRF based Remote control coded (hardware will be provided as necessary) to pair, send commands and automatically reconnect as soon as connection is lost. Commands cannot be queue up when the connection is lost. Commands are discarded if there is no connection or the connection is lost. Remote control will connect up to 4 ESP32 central agents.
2. ESP32 as the central agent to pair, receive commands and send to internal queue. Allows up to 4-6 connections.
3. Use of AVRCP and A2DP.
4. use of ESP32 IDF (NOT arduino)
5. A mobile app the will connect to the central agent (esp32). (this is optional if you cannot build the mobile app)
