Interval timer for prototype

Need a simple electronic relay to run a 12V DC motor. The relay needs to be programmable to be "on" for a range from 1-600 seconds. And should be able to be set to repeat 0-12 times every 24hours, with TEST and STOP buttons.
Will need a very user friendly interface for programming.
