Intermediate PCB Design Project urgent ASAPP

I am seeking a qualified PCB designer to handle a product development project of intermediate complexity. Your tasks will include schematic design, producing gerber files, and creating the Bill of Materials (BOM).

The design should incorporate the following:
- Use of both Through-Hole components and Surface Mount Devices
- An appropriate layout that allows for optimal performance

Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in PCB design
- Proficient in schematic design
- Familiarity with the production of gerber files
- Understanding of BOM creation
- Experience with both Through-Hole components and Surface Mount Devices

We are looking to build/assemble an iot device for our product prototype. It's a multi-sensor agri iot device with the following soil sensors:
1) Temperature
2) Humidity
3) Rainfall
4) Moisture
5) pH
6) NPK
It needs to have a cellular module with SIM Card slot, microprocessor, battery and outer casing. Please refere to the block diagram for details.

The output should be a schematic diagram, gerber files and BOM. Please provide the best possible quote.
