Handle a serial bus RS485 comunication with 8 3rd part devices, it's MW power supplies that turn on/off magnetrons cooled by circulating water circuit.
PLC and HMI are Xinje brand (similar to Mitsubishi), 2 AI are only temperature exhibition, and the other 2 is to drive a vacum pump on a range previously stablishe by HMI on manual mode.
Auto mode has 10 stages, programable by recipes which can be loaded on set point values.
The complete system is 2 independent chambers (4 magnetrons each one).
There are alarm conditions that stop process like overtemperature, rotation interruption, vacuum lost, etc
