Industrial Embedded Device Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm in need of a product design specialist to create an embedded camera device. This device will be attached to a LCD/LED monitor, and its primary use case is in an industrial setting. The purpose of this device is to facilitate camera readings, so it's important that the design allows for the integration of a camera module, a board such as a Raspberry Pi, and a small UPS/battery.
it should be of adaptive thickness or mechanism to secure it around bigger monitor should be provided. Refer to the images for sample design. Exact angulation and length of the device will be provided.
Also if you have a more efficient way of covering entire 15 inch screen ( Calculate ideal size , camera specification and angulation of the camera to cover the entire screen )
Flow will be concept approval , 2d concept , 3dd concept (printable) (include pcb design if any, include BOM and specific details/design casing ensuring the product is secure during falls and has basic IPX rating.
Key requirements:
- The device should fit on a range of monitor types: desktop monitors, large display monitors, and touchscreen monitors.
- The design must accommodate space for additional components (camera module, Raspberry Pi, battery).
- Understanding of industrial use cases and requirements.
Ideal skills for the job include:
- Product design
- Experience with designing for industrial use
- Knowledge of embedded systems
- Familiarity with AR technology
