Industrial Automation Training Manual Creation -- 2

Your main task is to make a training manual/report on beginner mistakes in industrial automation.

But it’s not just writing → simulation is required.

You will use Codesys (or PLC simulator) to show each mistake practically.

For every mistake, you will:

Create a small PLC program that includes the mistake.

Run the simulation and capture what goes wrong.

Take a screenshot of the wrong result.

Fix the program or wiring in simulation.

Take another screenshot of the correct result.

Write in the report → what the mistake was, what went wrong, how it was corrected, and what a beginner can learn.

Example: Wrong wiring → sensor connected wrongly → PLC doesn’t respond → screenshot → fix wiring → PLC responds → screenshot → learning outcome: importance of correct wiring.

You must do this for all the mistakes listed in your first file (wiring, safety, documentation, logic, signals, simulation, communication, fault detection, teamwork, real-time).

Final report = theory + screenshots → looks like a training manual for fresh engineers.
