Ignition system controler for small rocket engine

I am looking for someone to help develop an ignition system controller for a small rocket engine. The controller should feature manual control, with a desired input voltage of 5V, or more and an expected maximum operating temperature 100°C.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in developing controllers for engines, and must have the ability to design and test the highest quality performance. You should be able to provide an innovative solution using up-to-date technologies that meets our needs.
