Humidity & Temperature Control

I'm wanting to control humidity and temperature in my mushroom grow room.
I'm wanting to use a
Adafruit harrah32, feather wing relay, oled.
I'm wnting to achieve a humidity of 90% then drop to 80%, then re-engage the humidity system (by operationg the relay) them disconnect untill it drops to 80%. Then cycle this way indefinatly. If this isnt achievable we cound put a time delay on the humidity controller after it hits 90% that I can alter time delay depending on the airflow in the room.
I'd also like to be able to view data on ada IO so i can view data and change settings remotley.
