High-Performance Convex Lens Development

I'm seeking an expert to design and produce a high-quality scope for a portable magnifying application. The lens + prism assembly must meet the following criteria:
- variable zoom from 3 x to 7x
- High Magnification: Ability to greatly enlarge small details.
- Wide Field of View: Provide a broad area of visibility without distortion, range of 20 cm to 5 cm
- Portable Design: Compact and lightweight for easy transport less than 50 grams per scope
- working distance 40 to 60 cm
- max diameter of housing 12 mm

- Expertise in optical engineering
