Help with building a very simple ESP32 delivery robot

I am looking for assistance with building and programming a food delivery robot. The robot should be able to carry up to 40kg with a range of 30km and a maximum speed of 20km/h. The robot will be manually piloted from an office, and it should have the ability to deliver food to specific locations.

MY BUDGET IS NOT MORE THEN 100$
The robot should have the following capabilities:
Delivery box unlock
Delivery box Lock
View light on
View light off

Alarm off
Record video front and rear cameras
Take picture front and rear cameras

I am open to using the Arduino IDE for programming the robot, and I have a basic code written using the Arduino IDE.
 The code is in the file that I’ve uploaded
and I am looking for someone who can find all the components and parts I need to build and program the robot.
