Help with Designing Custom PCB Products

I run a small business called Just 'Cuz Robotics, LLC (https://justcuzrobotics.com/), and I have been making and selling some simpler PCB products for the last few months. My circuit design knowledge is entirely self-taught and relatively basic. I am a mechanical engineer who knows a bit about electronics and a little electrical engineering knowledge but by no means an expert at PCB design or anything like that. I'm interested in selling some more complicated products like an adjustable output voltage regulator that can supply several amps of current, or a custom motor controller, which are well beyond my skill-set. I'd be willing to pay for an expert to provide some ongoing support in this regard if it meant I would have more, and higher quality products to sell.
