Help debug CANbus initialization and communications issue using a custom board based on the raspberry pi.

We are looking for an expert in CANbus initialization and communications at the lowest levels, who can look at our code and our circuitry, and determine why we are unable to communicate with other CANbus devices even though all protocols appear to be followed. We will pay for expertise, and are looking for serious experts.
