Help on MOSFET IRFZ44N with 5V
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need to trigger an IRFZ44N, this mosfet will turn on 30V, the signal will be an output of a microcontroller (PWM 5V @ 3khz). I need the freelancer to develop the circuit between the microcontroller output and the IRFZ44N gate. GND of microcontroller,IRFZ44N and load are the same.
