Hardware/softwae codesign in Vivado 2020.1: MNIST image streaming to a working Hardware accelerator from local RAM

Implement dual port RAM such that the current and functioning neural network that I will provide reads Mnist images from a specified address (which is transmitted in a message box from software) into this local RAM, infers the digit, and sends the inferred digit back into main memory. This result is then read from the software sidecand reported.
