Hardware and firmware development

Looking to develop a board with below description:

Hardware:
1. Control 4 motors of 10 amps load, with current sensing & PWM
2. Mesh network with zigbee
3. Battery management circuit
4. 2 sensors

Firmware:
1. Sensing the motor currents , and give alarm if it’s overload
2. Get motor current data
3. Get battery voltage
4. Get sensor data
5. Mesh network with zigbee protocol
6. Bluetooth control
