I am looking for a hardware developer for an entrepreneurial project.
We are developing an IoT system (similar to an Alarm system but without the "cameras" section) with connections via HTTP, MQTT, Websockets and Wifi.
Redundant system with two Esp32 microcontrollers
Let me tell you that we are going to start with the interviews. I already told you that what we are going to propose is a professional collaboration coordinated with the other members of the team. Teamwork with high communication is necessary to guarantee the perfect development and achievement of the project. This is the way we are all going to win.
The team members will be:
Professional developing mobile application (flutter)
Professional developing the Backend (server)
Professional developing Hardware (PCB)
Professional developing the Firmware (Micro Esp32)
Project manager coordinating all processes.
The work method will consist of meetings with the other members of the team (when necessary).
There will be a flowchart for each area of the project.
We will also use a scheduled tasks page, where each member will have to indicate the progress made, and where all colleagues will be able to see everyone's progress. The goal is to move forward at the same pace, and to do this you will have the support you need.

1. Have a free agenda in the coming weeks to develop the project.
2. Ability to work as a team.
3. Knowledge necessary to carry out the work.
4. High level of conversational English, it will be the common language for everyone.
