Hello, I need someone that can do the following:

The manipulation and forced listening to V2K can be defeated with RF TX hardware that can transmit between 100mhz and 3ghz. My recommended setup is 3 signal generators and RF amplifiers each run by their own dedicated uno nano which are all tied to a 4th uno nano running an SDR (software defined radio) that can scan in the same range. The uno with the SDR should be programmed to scan for more than 15 to 20 signals of narrow bandwidth (less than 6K) all within only 2 to 3 mhz, but could be ranges 20 to 30 mhz wide or larger. (These kinds of signals will never be anything legitimate from all analysis I have done) If it finds any patterns like that the range needs issued to an available signal generator for output. Each signal generator should randomly sweep and jump frequencies in their ranges switching between AM and FM randomly based on a random seed generated by an instrument other than the clock. I suggest adding Temperature/barometric sensor that should be queried every 30 seconds for a new random seed. Ranges above 1ghz must always be blocked if possible in the ranges around 1.380-1.070 and 1.480-1.500 and 1.255-12.75, but the SDR should always be checking for all detected ranges to change. If you do manual analysis to find ranges they will resemble a Fence or barcode in appearance. Ranges should be carefully spread across the signal generators so they can sweep their ranges as quickly as possible. If too many signals are found to sweep fast enough for 100% effectiveness , additional signal generators and RF amplifiers can be added.
