Generator Wiring panel board

Hello Dear
I bough a old Dorman generator 250KVA,
I have fixed the Engine side of the generator.
The dyno side is also outputting correct voltage and AVR functions well.

I want to make the control panel now I bough the necessary components:

Voltmeter 0-500 -1 pc
Amp meter (by mistake the seller put 2 v.meters please consider as amp meter) -1 pc
Hz meter - 1 pc
Amp meter coil - 1pc
2 amp Fuses - 3 pcs
BLUE, YELLOW, RED Indicator lights - 3pcs
selector switch - 2pcs
wire - 10 meters
Breaker 400A - 1pcs
Please tell other components needed.. i will buy

So you need to draw me a diagram i will wire the components.
