NC Gear Hobbing Machine Restoration

I need on-site support to restore my NC gear hobbing machine in Peenya 2nd Stage, Bangalore.

Setup involves:
- Delta DVP28SV PLC
- Delta HMI
- 2x ASDA‑A2 drives (spindle + table)

Objectives:
- Re-establish spindle-table sync (currently losing sync during operation)
- Program PLC ladder logic (currently receiving error messages)
- Develop HMI screens (real-time status display)
- Set up emergency stop & run controls
- Verify wiring

The machine is fully wired but needs programming and testing.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Delta PLC and HMI programming
- Experience with ASDA-A2 drives
- Strong troubleshooting skills for sync issues
- Ability to develop real-time status HMI screens
