Gantry Pick and Place robot

HI, i'm looking for Control automation engineer who can develop for me control system to control Gantry Pick and Place robot arm, (just electrical parts) basically the system should work in this way:
An material come out from the machine, a sensor detect when the material is completely on exit conveyor and the pick and place arm pick the material by using suction cups and place the material to another conveyor.
