Full Bridge Converter Design for AC-DC

I'm seeking an electrical/embedded systems engineer with a solid background in power electronics to design a custom program for converting both 1-Phase and 3-Phase AC to variable DC using a Full Bridge Converter.
Key Requirements:
- The system must be built around an ATmega1284P microcontroller.
- The output DC voltage should vary proportionally based on an input 0-5 VDC control signal, with a range of 0-500V.
- Incorporate safety features such as a soft start system and an upper limit.
- Implement a time-based ramp up for the soft start approach.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge in power electronics.
- Proficient in embedded systems, particularly with ATmega microcontrollers.
- Prior experience in designing and implementing power conversion solutions.
