Full Air monitoring system, STM32 + LoRa + Server + Platform

The project is almost half finished and we are looking for someone who can enter and take over the project and finalize it completely. Therefore, if you are experienced in the field, it should be a very easy project for you.
In order to start we need to first sign an NDA and we also require a photo ID as the main paper work.
Communication in this project is the key, therefore, we will need you to respect and have an active communication with us to successfully finish the project.

We are looking for a complete solution. AIR MONITORING SYSTEM. from the collection of data to monitor and control the data online on our platform.
Sensors communicate through LoRa to the main data logger. We will have our own server and the data will be demonstrated on our platform. We will need to monitor and control few devices in the location (Transceiver).
You will provide, your best suggestion and you will build a system, test it and if all good, you will ship the materials and after we receive the package we will finish the project.
We will pay for the equipment ourself, of course the prices should be standard from market.
You will:
1- Choose of best (highest quality and durable) sensors available in the market (not too expensive).
2- Build a sensor package that collects data
3- Collected data and transfer it through the Wifi, 4G, or RS-232, RS-485, Modbus, CAN Bus
4- GPS connected
5- Collected data will connect to a server to monitor and show the results on the platform (it should be user friendly)
6- The monitoring materials should be recordable and exit in different formats
7- Anything else the system will need will be suggested by you/your team as you are expected to be expert in this area and provide us with all the requirements.

If you are knowledgeable within the field, this should be an easy task for you as this types of monitoring solutions are already existing in the market and resources are available online, such as similar codes etc.
There is a time limitation in this project and we expect to receive all of the data without any copyright issues to us. We will need to also sign an NDA, therefore, you are agree to sign an NDA in the beginning of the project.
