Flow through cavitation -- 2

I am seeking a freelancer who have a complete product for a nanobubble generator for industrial cooling tower and waste water treatment. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing industrial equipment and be familiar with the principles behind nanobubble generation. The following are the specific requirements for the project:
- Flow through model, accepted combination both of cavitation and ventury or swirl model. CFD simulation is mandatory.
- Material from SS, mnfcturer by cnc machine.

- Design a nanobubble generator suitable for industrial wastewater treatment
- The generator should be medium-sized and intended for use in an industrial setting
- The generator should be capable of producing a high concentration of nanobubbles for efficient wastewater treatment
- The design should be robust and durable, suitable for use in an industrial environment
The output is in nano size, not microbubble
Easy to convert from design to manufacturing proces
