Fix PCB design which is susceptible to interference caused by nearby transmitter

Current board have gone through a serious of development. In latest version we discovered that the board is prone to interference resulted from a nearby transmitter device, causing the board to operate dangerously. (DC motor controller forced to become turned ON when having interference)
