Firmware or Firmware + Hardware Gigabit Ethernet Router for Farming

I am looking for a full solution Gigabit Ethernet router design (DO NOT NEED WIFI, USB). Both hardware design and Firmware. 1 port downlink and 1 port uplink is good enough. You should be able to provide us an evaluation platform to make sure that your architect is working. Only bid on my project if you had previously design and bring up a router by yourself, or at least you can provide us (sell to us) an evaluation platform. If you can provide firmware only, it should be good enough, you are in.
